If you've ordered different types of products (i.e. a notebook, t-shirt and A3 poster) you will receive different parcels, often with different couriers.
Different items are manufactured by separate companies, and packaged and sent independently.
If you order the same item(s), they will be delivered within one parcel, with exception to both the greeting cards and postcards, which will always be packaged together.

Orders are usually sent out as Royal Mail RM24 / RM48 packages. With exception to the rolled posters that are sent out with Evri.

With these delivery services, orders can take anywhere from 1-3 days (RM24), to 3-5 days (RM48) to be delivered.

At busy periods, i.e. Christmas, orders may take longer to arrive.

Royal Mail also alternate their delivery days, and so this may mean your order takes longer to arrive.

If it has been 10 working days (excluding weekends & bank holidays), since your order has been dispatched and you have still not received it, please get in contact.
